Asterix Volume 24: Asterix in Belgium

Asterix in Belgium is volume 24 of the classic comic series created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. Asterix and Obelix head north to meet Belgian warriors whose bravery has caught the attention of Julius Caesar. What follows is a lively contest between the Gauls and their Belgian friends, with plenty of competitive spirit and comic misunderstandings.

The story blends adventure, visual humour and playful references to regional culture. Its friendly rivalry gives the characters an excuse to outdo one another, while the wider Roman threat keeps the plot connected to the series’ familiar world. Readers can enjoy the expressive artwork, wordplay and affectionate humour that have made Asterix a long-running favourite.

This English-language paperback is volume 24 of the Asterix series. It may suit readers discovering classic European comics, families sharing illustrated adventures and existing fans who want to add this volume to their collection.
