At Innovative Books, we take great care in curating and packaging every order. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and aim to keep our return process clear and fair.
Eligibility for Returns
• Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged products, defective items, or incorrect items received.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of books and collectible editions, the following are not eligible for return:
• Items damaged due to customer handling
• Products returned after the 3-day window
• Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
• Gift cards or promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Return Approval & Shipping
• All return requests are subject to review and approval.
• Once approved, return shipping instructions will be shared.
• Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Refunds
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective items and are subject to stock availability.
Important Notes
• We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery to help us process claims efficiently.
• Innovative Books reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
